Refunds & Cancellations
Effective 2025
Summary:
Cancel at least 24 hours
before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
After that window, cancellations aren’t allowed and no partial refunds are offered.
About temperature & freshness:
Because meals travel on the shuttle before pickup (and, if selected, last‑mile delivery),
food may not be as hot or crisp as dine‑in. This is expected for transported meals and
isn’t eligible for a refund unless the order is undelivered or incorrect.
Details
- Full refund cutoff: 24 hours before pickup.
- Order cutoff: We stop accepting new orders 24 hours before pickup.
- No partial refunds: We don’t offer partial refunds for late cancellations or expected transport effects (temperature, texture, presentation).
- Undelivered or incorrect items: If your order isn’t delivered, or items are missing/incorrect, contact us for a fix or refund.
How to Cancel
Go to My Orders. If your order is still within the refund window, you’ll see a Cancel button.
How Refunds Are Issued
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Once processed, banks may take 5–10 business days to post the funds.
