Refunds & Cancellations

Effective 2025

Summary: Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. After that window, cancellations aren’t allowed and no partial refunds are offered.

Details

  • Full refund cutoff: 24 hours before pickup.
  • Order cutoff: We stop accepting new orders 24 hours before pickup.
  • No partial refunds: We don’t offer partial refunds for late cancellations or expected transport effects (temperature, texture, presentation).
  • Undelivered or incorrect items: If your order isn’t delivered, or items are missing/incorrect, contact us for a fix or refund.

How to Cancel

Go to My Orders. If your order is still within the refund window, you’ll see a Cancel button.

How Refunds Are Issued

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • Once processed, banks may take 5–10 business days to post the funds.
